2. Set clear goals. As you decide what you want to improve, think in terms of specific, achievable steps. This is where results coaching with Kelinda comes in. 4. Practice self-care. If you’re going to live your best life, you’re going to need to be in your best shape. That means prioritizing rest, healthy eating, exercise, and activities that promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

5. Develop persistence and patience. Changing your life takes time and effort, but if you will stay persistent even when faced with setbacks or obstacles, you will see progress!
